She also assists with trademark-related projects, including application preparation, goods and services descriptions, USPTO-related matters, TTAB support, and organization of client and case information.

Her work combines website content, professional profiles, legal resources, digital outreach, search visibility, and coordination with the firm’s web developer.
Trademark & Legal Support
As a Legal Assistant, Steph supports Cohn Legal’s attorneys with administrative and organizational work involving trademark and intellectual property matters.
Her work includes assisting with trademark application materials, goods and services identification, USPTO-related projects, TTAB matters, enforcement projects, and client information.
All substantive legal advice and legal strategy are handled by the firm’s attorneys.
Professional Communications
Steph also assists with professional outreach, scheduling, follow-up communications, and coordination involving clients, prospects, attorneys, publishers, and other professional contacts.
Her cross-functional role helps connect Cohn Legal’s legal work with its website, marketing, and client communications.
