Avraham S.Z. Cohn (also known as Abraham or Abe Cohn) is the founder and managing partner of Cohn Legal, PLLC. His practice focuses on federal trademark registration, brand protection, USPTO Office Action responses, and trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). He has served as attorney of record for more than 1,700 U.S. trademark applications.

Shantel-Lee Pryce serves as Cohn Legal’s Head Legal Secretary and supports the firm’s day-to-day legal, administrative, and client-service operations. Her role spans office administration, attorney support, intellectual property docket management, client intake, scheduling, billing coordination, filing support, logistics, and internal operational matters. Shantel-Lee works closely with Cohn Legal’s attorneys to help ensure that client matters move efficiently through the firm and that clients receive a consistent, organized, and responsive experience.

Stephany “Steph” Tan serves as Head of Marketing and a Legal Assistant at Cohn Legal, PLLC. Her role includes supporting the firm’s marketing, website content, professional outreach, and trademark-related administrative work. She works closely with Cohn Legal’s attorneys on digital content initiatives, client communications, website projects, and the organization of trademark and intellectual property materials.

Arthur Kardash serves as Web & Software Development Lead at Cohn Legal, overseeing the development and ongoing improvement of the firm’s websites, software systems, digital platforms, and technology integrations. His work includes backend development, LegalTech systems, API integrations, automation, and applied AI solutions designed to improve internal workflows and the online client experience.
